Meet Tim Skinner, principal at Miller Elementary! Skinner is a graduate of Ponca City Senior School and has earned degrees from Oklahoma State University and Southern Nazarene University. Even after 35 years in education, Skinner says that everyday is a new day. In his free time, Skinner enjoys spending time with his kids and grandkids.
